Saint Soldier believes in prevention of crime by implementation of verbal approach rather than accusations and other ineffective hands-on approaches used by other security firms. Saint Soldiers has adopted RCMP’s Incident Management/Intervention Model in order to manage risks in all encounters with the public. The model helps to determine what intervention is needed, such as verbal de-escalation or the use of another force.
Every site under Saint Soldier’s Security Services has its own site specific Occupational Health and Safety Binder that contains the protocols and contacts of relevant authorities to be reach in case if emergency.
This policy is intended to encourage and enable employees and others to raise serious concerns within SSS prior to seeking resolution outside of the SSS. Saint Soldiers’ Code of Conduct and Ethics (Code) requires the director, managers, supervisors, officers and third parties to observe high standards of work and personal ethics in the pursuance of their duties and responsibilities. Executive and Non-executive individuals concerned with Saint Soldiers must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling their responsibilities and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
It is very important for SSS to be on the same page with our valuable clients and communication plays a vital role in doing so. Therefore, Saint Soldiers have a team of supervisors who act as a liaison between the management and our clients. The team of supervisors are on duty 24-7 and adhere to provide best customer service in the field of security.
While the officers are independent in choosing their own unique problem-solving approach, they still adhere to the code of conduct which is very similar to RCMP’s, VPD’s, DPD’s or any other police department’s code of conduct. This assures that every officer wearing SSS’s uniform upholds SSS’s core values and would not engage in unethical behavior.
All the officers wearing Saint Soldier’s uniform are highly trained and does not needs to be reminded of their duties. Even though every SP is highly trained, they are asked to utilize their own unique problem-solving approach in order to deal with work related issues. By this way, SSS lets them keeps authenticity while in the work environment rather than training them like a heard of sheep and sending them out in the field.
